Xmas.jpgI sent out Christmas cards this year and it filled me with so much joy.

First I sent out the love then it came back.  All my loving cards are atop the piano.  I threw out anything sub-par.

When holding some cards that had come in the post I was reminded of this song from Primary School:

Love is like a magic penny,
Hold it tight and you won’t have any.
Lend it, spend it and you’ll have so many,
They’ll roll all over the floor.
Love is something if you give it away, you end up having more.

I even asked my carer to write her own card but apparently ‘Dear adequate carer’ wasn’t what she wanted.

So… I learnt some things about sending Christmas cards that I’m going to share.

  1. Write out your list before buying them, so you know how many you will need.
    2. Get addresses before writing your cards.
    3. Don’t drop your phone in water half way through thereby losing half of the addresses you’d got.
    4. Buy stamps in advance.
    5. For heaven’s sake do it earlier.

So that’s it.  I loved sending out Christmas cards.

Love xxx
