yoga1.jpgI feel like I’m flip-flopping at the moment, between episodes of intense stress – the type I get caught up in – and lucid, relaxing awareness.

Mindfulness in the evening helps wind down from a day and put everything into perspective.  Perhaps a morning boost would help too.

Once you’re aware, you can look for solutions.  Whilst in a mental fray, you can’t.
