Exercise – Don’t Think About It

Controversial I know, but the less you think about exercise, the better.

Here’s why:

1) The more you think about it, the more stressed and unlikely to succeed you will be.

2) If you get into a routine of working out, you are 100x more likely to succeed.

I mean do exercise, but don’t dwell on it.

  5. I absolutely agree. We often spend more time thinking about something than doing it. I’ve also noticed that it is almost always worse in your head than in reality.
