To belly breathe, you find a comfortable position, on a yoga mat, in a chair or on your bed. Lying flat on your back works best. Put your hands softly on your belly, and then breathe so that your tummy and hands move up and down. Gently rest your attention here for 5-10 minutes.

You should notice the relaxation, and sense of wellbeing, that come your way.
