Kiwi Fruit Benefits

Kiwi fruits are wonderful.  They taste delicious – on their own, in smoothies, on porridge.

But did you also know they are very good for you?

For example, one kiwi fruit contains more vitamin C than an orange.  They also contain vitamin K, vitamin E, folate and potassium.

They are rich with antioxidants too which means they’re great at keeping skin health optimal and keeping colds at bay.

Lastly but not leastly, they are brilliant to eat, and eat plentiful amounts of, when you have constipation.  The fibre in them gets everything working normally again.

Morning Smoothies

I love a morning smoothie everyday.  It means I get all my fresh fruits and vegetables before I’ve even had a meal, and it makes my skin really nice.

They are full of antioxidants.

I also add ground flaxseeds, chia seeds, baobab powder, maca powder and marine collagen.

One tall glass sets me up for the day.
